I started ADD Nutrition to help women reach their health and fitness goals shortly after I graduated. I have been coaching women for nearly two years and helped transform hundreds of lives through a realistic approach to nutrition. 

 I graduated in 2019 with my Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Ok, and completed 1,200 hours through University of Oklahoma’s Dietetic Internship gaining experience in hospitals, sports settings, outpatient, weight loss clinics, pediatrics, and private practice dietetics. I also went pro in the bikini division of bodybuilding in 2018. 

 In my spare time - I enjoy challenging myself through competing in bodybuilding competitions, being outdoors with my fiancé, and spoiling my three weenie dogs. For someone who hates cooking - I surely picked the wrong hobby and profession (LOL).

 I am passionate about helping women reach their health and fitness goals by finding an individualized approach that will allow them to find their happy weight without sacrificing their quality of life.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?

I was a stay-at-home mom for 5 years and decided I want to pursue a degree in nutrition. I have always had a passion for food and nutrition. So, it just made sense for my second career.  

BACKGROUND DESCRIPTION

I hold a bachelor’s in nutrition and Dietetics from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Ok. I also have two degrees in nutritional science from Tulsa Community College. My minor is in psychology, and I am a certified Life coach. I have completed a 1,200-hour internship through University of Oklahoma’s Dietetic program. My focus during the internship was community-based care/nutrition.

I am a mom of three beautiful children. I understand the busy life of a mom. I enjoy time with my children and friends. I love to dance and do anything outdoors. I love setting goals and smashing them. I am a foodie and love to cook. People and food are my passions.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?

I started as a client with ADD Nutrition and fell in love with the process and lifestyle change. I started my training to become a coach and have loved every second of coaching clients along their journey, just as April did me! I love to see the mental and physical changes that occur when you take control of your health! I have been a coach with Add Nutrition for about a year now and fully believe in the process.

BACKGROUND DESCRIPTION

My summer months are packed with traveling to horse shows, which I love! I love being outdoors and spending time with family and I live on a farm in Missouri. I will never turn down time to read a good book or cook!

PERSONAL DETAILS

I graduated from Missouri State University with my Bachelors in Finance in 2019. In 2020, I accumulated my Certified Personal Training and Nutrition certifications with NASM.

I have went through this amazing journey myself; I have been at the lowest point in my life where I was so unhappy and unsatisfied with the way I was living. I am now at the point where I am truly happy and achieving goals and still maintaining quality of life, which i never thought was possible, until joining ADD. Your physical health can change your ENTIRE LIFE. Since my journey as a client with ADD, I have become so focused on giving others the exact same experience I had. It was life changing and I strive to provide that same change to all of my clients!

I started my health and wellness journey in 2015. I was 30 lbs overweight and extremely unhappy with my weight, looks, and overall habits. I was going to class one day and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs and had to take breaks because I felt like I was running a marathon! I decided then that I not only wanted to change, I NEEDED to. 

I got a gym membership that next day and went consistently for 6 months. I then realized that this was a LIFE CHANGER, so I changed my major to a health and fitness related field! I not only lost the 30 lbs I needed to, but became happier and healthier.

BACKGROUND DESCRIPTION

I graduated in 2017 with my Bachelors Degree in Health and Human Performance with a Recreation emphasis. This allowed me to coach individuals of all fitness and health status. This gave me more hands on experience with what I wanted to do forever! After I graduated I went straight for my Masters Degree in Health and Kinesiology! This degree allowed me to really pinpoint a direction I wanted to go to! This would be educating and coaching everyday people on how to make lifestyle changes. I have 6+ years of coaching experience, hundreds of clients with positive results under my belt, and many more to go! 

I became a Coach for ADD Nutrition a little over 2-months ago and I am very happy to be a part of this team! Seeing clients bodies and mindset change in little as 1 WEEK has been such a rewarding experience!

In my spare time I love to travel! My husband and I plan on visiting all 7 continents one day! We have a trip planned for Germany and we are so excited! 

I also am a huge nerd- No really, I am. Anything from scary movies, Harry Potter, LOTR, Zombie Apocalypse, Halloween; and everything in between! 

My all time favorite season is FALL and I take full advantage of all the outdoor Fall activities every single year!

I am very passionate about health and wellness. I am an avid believer that this lifestyle change can save lives. From personal experience, I know what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your own skin and wanting to make that change. I will not judge you or make you feel bad for your lifestyle choices. Instead, I will give my all to you and I will help guide you through the process and help you achieve your goals! 

My personal goal is to be happy and healthy at 80 years old! I want to be as self efficient as long as I possibly can! By starting NOW, I know I can help my clients achieve their goals as well!
